Soccer KEMistry, LLC ("Soccer KEMistry," "we," "us") operates soccer skills training programs and the website www.soccerkemistry.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you provide. When you register a player, join a membership, book a session, or contact us, we collect information such as parent/guardian name, player name and age group, email address, phone number, and emergency contact details.
Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.
Photos and video. We record video of our training sessions for player development and coaching review. Session videos are stored privately and are shared only with the player's family or team unless we have your permission to use them otherwise.
Website usage. Like most websites, our site may use cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to operate our training programs: managing registrations and memberships, scheduling sessions, communicating with parents and players, reviewing training footage for player development, processing payments, and improving our services. We do not sell your personal information.
How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business — for example payment processors, scheduling and membership software, and video hosting platforms (such as YouTube, where session recordings are uploaded as private videos). These providers are bound by their own privacy obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Our video uploader uses YouTube API Services to store session recordings on our YouTube channel. In addition to this policy, the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) applies to information handled by YouTube. Authorization granted to our uploader can be revoked at any time via Google security settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
Children's Privacy
Our programs serve youth athletes, and we take children's privacy seriously. We collect player information only from and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Session videos involving minors are kept private by default. Parents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's information at any time.
Data Retention and Security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Your Choices
You may contact us at any time to update your information, opt out of marketing communications, or request deletion of your or your child's personal information.
