At Soccer KEMistry, every athlete progresses through our proven development system—one skill level at a time. These levels, called KEMist Levels, reflect a player’s ability to perform key technical skills consistently and confidently.
As your athlete advances, their shirt color represents the level they’ve earned on the field. It’s a fun, visual way to track growth and celebrate progress—because here, development is more than just drills.
It’s measurable, intentional, and earned.

If you have not achieved one of these levels as yet or if you would like to keep your KEMist level a secret, you can wear the White shirt.
Apprentice KEMist (Recreational)- The beginning!! (White KEMistry Shirt)

Graduation – This is the beginning of the KEMistry process. A player can wear the white KEMistry shirt until they have earned the right to wear another color.
Junior KEMist (U9 Division 1) - Five (5) Skills Requirements (Orange KEMistry Shirt)

Dribbling - Complete the KEMistry obstacle course in 11 seconds or less

Juggling – Complete 10 or more juggles
-
Moves - Knows 10 or more moves
-
Passing\Receiving - Complete 20 or more passes within 30 seconds
-
Shooting – Shooting speed 30 mph or greater

Graduation – Once a player successfully completes all five (5) skills, they will be considered a Junior KEMist and will be eligible to wear the Orange KEMistry shirt.
Senior KEMist (U10 Division 1) - Five (5) Skills Requirements (Blue KEMistry Shirt)

Dribbling - Complete the KEMistry obstacle course in 9 seconds or less

Juggling – Complete 50 juggles or more

Moves - Knows 15 or more moves

Passing\Receiving - Complete 25 or more passes within 30 seconds

Shooting – Shooting speed is 40 mph or more

Graduation – Once a player successfully completes all five (5) skills, they will be considered a Senior KEMist and will be eligible to wear the Blue KEMistry shirt.
Premier KEMist (U11 Division 1) - Five (5) Skills Requirements (Gold KEMistry Shirt)

Dribbling - Complete the KEMistry obstacle course in 7 seconds or less

Juggling – Complete 100 juggles or more

Moves - Knows 20 or more moves

Passing\Receiving - Complete 30 or more passes within 30 seconds

Shooting – Shooting speed is 50 mph or more

Graduation – Once a player successfully completes all five (5) skills, they will be considered a Premier KEMist and will be eligible to wear the Gold KEMistry shirt.
Master KEMist (U12 Division 1) - Five (5) Skills Requirements (Light Blue KEMistry Shirt)

Dribbling - Complete the KEMistry obstacle course in 6 seconds or less

Juggling – Complete 250 juggles or more

Moves - Knows 23 or more moves

Passing\Receiving - Complete 33 or more passes within 30 seconds

Shooting – Shooting speed is 55 mph or more

Graduation – Once a player successfully completes all five (5) skills, they will be considered a Master KEMist and will be eligible to wear the Light Blue KEMistry shirt.
Ultimate KEMist (U13 Division 1) - Five (5) Skills Requirements (Platinum KEMistry Shirt)

Graduation – Once a player successfully completes all five (5) skills, they will be considered a Ultimate KEMist and will be eligible to wear the Platinum KEMistry shirt.
