Coach Kem grew up in Antigua where he played soccer for the youth and senior National soccer teams. He came to the United States to play soccer for Oklahoma Wesleyan University (OWU) where he was a three-year starter. He received numerous collegiate honors including: being a three-year NAIA & NCCAA All-American Scholar Athlete, a two-year NCCAA All-American, Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference (MCAC) Player of the Year, NCCAA National Tournament Most Valuable Offensive Player for two years, and after winning the OWU “Mr. Hustle award” for four straight years the award was renamed the “Kem Thomas Mr. Hustle award”. He also served as Assistant Coach for OWU for one season. Kem played for the Leyton Pennant Soccer Club in England, Tulsa Roughnecks in Oklahoma and the Kansas City Brass. He has a National C coaching license. He has been coaching for the Kansas City United soccer club for the last several years. He has led his teams to KC Champions Cup Tournament championship, Champions League Division I Championship, All American Indoor Division I Championship, Heritage Invitational Tournament Division I Championship, and Kansas State Cup Tournament semi-final. Currently, Kem is a CPA working for Sprint and coaches two Kansas City United U13 boys teams and one U7 boys team for Soccer KEMistry. Kem lives with his wife Carrie, and sons Samuel and Jacob in Olathe. Coach Dalio is originally from Bogotá, Colombia, where he played professional soccer. He also played college soccer for Park University, in Parkville, Mo., where he earned an All-District selection 1991 and 1992. Dalio earned a degree in Computer Science in 1993. Today he works for CenturyLink. He has earned his USSF National 'C' Coaching License. He has a son and a daughter who both play on premier soccer teams.
